Registered Commercial Nursery

1. Store Agreement & Account Eligibility

By accessing EasyGrow.pk or ordering botanicals, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or are placing orders under the supervision of a parent/guardian. You agree to provide accurate shipping, phone, and payment information during checkout.

2. Product Descriptions & Botanical Representation

Plants and seeds are natural living organisms. While product photographs represent true varieties and healthy mature specimens, minor variations in leaf shape, variegation, or blooming stage may occur depending on the season and climate.

3. Pricing, Payments & Cash on Delivery (COD)

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Easypaisa, and direct bank transfers.
For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are expected to receive and pay the courier rider upon parcel handover. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in address blacklisting.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to dispatch from our botanical center (usually within 4 hours of placing the order). Once an order has been packaged into protective shipping crates and handed to courier couriers, it cannot be recalled while in transit.

5. Intellectual Property & Governing Law

All trademarks, product branding, website graphics, and botanical photography on EasyGrow.pk are the exclusive intellectual property of EasyGrow Pakistan. These terms are governed by the commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
