1. 100% Live Plant Arrival Guarantee

We understand the anxiety of shipping live botanicals across Pakistan. To protect you, every single live plant is covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee:

• If a plant arrives with damaged stems, broken root system, or significant dehydration, simply take a photo or short video within 24 hours of delivery.
• Send the media and your Order ID to our WhatsApp helpline at +92 304 5152665.
• We will either dispatch a healthy replacement plant at zero cost or issue an immediate refund.

2. Seed Germination Support

All our seed varieties are tested for 85–95% germination rates. Because seeds require specific temperature and moisture conditions, our in-house horticulturists will review your sowing method and offer free replacement seeds if proper guidelines were followed and germination failed.

3. Returns for Non-Perishable Items (Pots, Tools, Fertilizers)

For non-plant items (such as ceramic planters, plastic pots, pruning shears, soil bags):

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of parcel arrival.
• If the item arrived broken (e.g. cracked ceramic pot during courier transit), we replace it completely free with no return shipment required from your side.

4. Refund Methods & Timelines

Once a refund is approved by our support team, funds are remitted according to your preference:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Processed within 24 to 48 hours.
• Direct Bank Transfer (IBFT): 2 to 4 working days.
• Store Credit / Gift Voucher: Issued instantly with a 10% bonus voucher credit.
